Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Kinsage, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to enter a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. If you create an account for someone else, you confirm that you have permission to do so.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly if you think it has been accessed without permission.

Use Kinsage only for your own lawful, personal wellness tracking. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell its content, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use it to make medical decisions for another person.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

The free tier is available as described in the product. Kinsage+ is a recurring subscription currently offered at $9.99 per month or $99 per year. Subscription charges are shown before you confirm payment and are processed through hosted checkout. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable monthly or yearly recurring charge until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the paid period. If Kinsage+ is not useful in the first 30 days, email us at kinsage@polsia.app to request a refund for the applicable monthly or yearly paid period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the payment processor’s records and applicable law.

Data and privacy

We collect and use account, check-in, preference, contact, waitlist, and payment information to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of the notes and other content you submit. You give Sterlion Group LLC the limited permission needed to host, secure, back up, and display that content to you as part of the service. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to provide.

Intellectual property

The Kinsage name, design, software, editorial content, and related materials are owned by Sterlion Group LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them as part of the service. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them without written permission.

Changes and termination

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, including free or paid features, as the service develops. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated violation of these terms, legal requirements, security concerns, or if we discontinue the service. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when practicable. Terms that should continue by their nature, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sterlion Group LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
