Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect the following information:

• Account name, email address, and authentication or session metadata needed to sign you in and keep your account secure.
• Symptom check-ins and notes, along with timezone and cycle fields you choose to record.
• Profile, reminder, and other preferences you choose to save.
• Contact-form and waitlist submissions, including the details you provide.
• Payment and subscription records, such as plan, status, and transaction references. Card details are handled by the hosted payment processor rather than stored by Kinsage.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure your account, save and display your check-ins, generate the product’s informational trends and recommendations, send service messages and reminders you enable, process subscriptions, respond to messages, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell your symptom or health-related information.

Service providers

We use a limited set of providers to operate Kinsage:

• Polsia provides hosting, database infrastructure, and an analytics beacon used to understand basic product reliability and usage.
• better-auth infrastructure supports account authentication and sessions.
• Stripe and Polsia billing provide hosted checkout and payment processing. Card details are entered into and handled by the hosted payment processor.
• Polsia’s email proxy delivers service email and messages we send on your behalf.
• Meta Pixel may be configured as an optional marketing-analytics processor. When it is not enabled, it does not receive data from this app.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and check-in information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you request account or history deletion, deletion is final within thirty days where applicable, subject to backups, fraud prevention, and records we must retain by law. Contact and waitlist submissions may be retained as needed to respond, manage the waitlist, and maintain business records. Payment and subscription records may be retained for accounting, dispute, tax, and legal requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for the information handled by the service. No online service or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Protect your password and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your information. You can also withdraw reminder preferences at any time. Send a request to kinsage@polsia.app. We may need to verify your request and may keep information where a legal exception applies.

Children and policy changes

Kinsage is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date when a change is made.
